Tollgate BSF
Tollgate BSF is a 50MW battery storage project in North Hertfordshire that reached energisation in July 2023. Brockwell Storage & Solar is excited to see this project that started out as conversation with the landowner back in 2017, finally providing the vital grid balancing services our network desperately needs, whilst helping to keep energy bills lower for all.

Cuxton BSF
Cuxton BSF is also 50MW like its sister project at Tollgate. This project will be energising in 2024 and is being built in partnership with Nippon Koei.
- Development
Rush Green BSF
Rush Green is a 50MW, ready to build, battery storage project in North Hertfordshire. We are busy finalising procurement and contracting before entering construction in 2024. This will be the first battery project Brockwell Storage & Solar will fully manage all construction activities and we can't wait to get going.
Inchbean BSF
Brockwell Storage & Solar has submitted plans for a new 60MW battery storage facility in Kilmarnock. Once operational, Inchbean BSF will be capable of storing 60MW of electricity to supply to the national grid in times of need, providing enough back up energy for around 12,666 homes.

Dolphingstone BSF
Brockwell Storage & Solar has submitted plans for a new 63MW battery storage facility in Tranent. Once operational, Dolphingstone BSF will be capable of storing 63MW of electricity to supply to the national grid in times of need, providing enough back up energy for around 13,300 homes.
